1. NHL Ice Hockey
Favorite team - Colorado Avalanche
Favorite player- Colorado goaltender Patrick Roy
I am Colorado fan from the first moment of its existence. This team was created in 1996 (before that it was named Quebec Nordics) and Patrick Roy joined the team later that year. Colorado won Stanley Cup from the first attempt- in Play Off Final Colorado crashed Florida Panthers in four games! Colorado is two-times Stanley Cup winner. In 1998-99 and in 1999-2000 seasons Colorado lost to Dallas Stars in 7 games but in 2001 Colorado won second Stanley Cup crashed New Jersey Devils in seven (!!) games. Roy is 3 times Stanley Cup winner (he won his first when playing for Montreal Canadiens back in 1993).

2. Formula 1
Favorite driver - Damon Hill
Favorite teams - Williams-Renault, Jordan-Mugen Honda, now McLaren-Mercedes
Hill started his career in Formula 1 in 1992 and soon became one of the most outstanding Formula 1 drivers. 22 won races, 20 pole positions, 19 fastest laps. He is 2 time Formula 1 vice-champion (1994, 1995) and he became Formula 1 World Champion in 1996. He actually had to become World Champion in 1994 but Michael Schumacher who was his main foe at that time was so mean to hit his Williams in Australia... Hill was and still is true gentlemen in races. I started watching Formula 1 in 1994 and from the first race I became a huge fan of Damon Hill.
Hill`s career in F 1 was not so long- from 1992 to 1999. In 1999 he decided to resign from races. During his career he was driver of the following teams:: Brabham (1992), Williams-Renault (1993-1996), Arrows-Yamaha (1997), Jordan Mugen Honda (1998-1999).
